This has become one of my favorite places to eat. The options are varied and the taste is out of this world. Specifically the soup broth is almost like it's some sort of addictive substance it's so good... I have found that they're very open to make some substitutions and mix things up a bit as far as what's on the menu, which is super helpful to me. The staff is always helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to come here over and over again...

We had a fun and flavorful meal at Wagamama! Tried a variety of dishes — some hits, some misses. The pad Thai was okay, but definitely not like the one you’d get in Thailand — milder and less bold in flavor. The duck ramen, on the other hand, was rich, a bit fatty in the best way, and absolutely satisfying. The chicken salad was light and fresh, a good balance to the heartier dishes. Their famous bang bang cauliflower came with high expectations, but it was just okay — crispy but the sauce didn’t quite wow us. We also had two bao buns: one vegetarian and one with chicken. Both were great — soft, fluffy buns with flavorful fillings. The chicken one especially stood out, with tender meat and a nice crunchy contrast. Fresh-pressed juices were a highlight — especially the positive one, super refreshing and energizing. And the teas! One with lemongrass, the other with mint — both fragrant and calming. A nice spot for a casual meal with a twist, especially if you’re in the mood for variety and fresh drinks.

Delicious ramen on a surprisingly rainy and cold late summer day. Lunch special is a decent value. It’s a low key setting which for a late lunch was quiet and relaxed. Server was fast and very friendly. Only minor issue was it was a bit cold in the restaurant.

While on my way to one of my favorite chocolate shops I wasn’t sure what to have for lunch on Saturday. So I decided to try Wagamamma. My uncertainty about what to have for lunch didn’t end with which restaurant to choose but also what to eat. I ended up ordering 3 starters. I went with the chili hoisin duck bao which was delicious. Their version of calamari, a chili squid which was interesting but I don’t think I’ll try again. And Tokyo fries which was also interesting but I don’t think I’ll be trying again. My sister’s birthday was on Monday so naturally on Tuesday I ran to Macys (Herald Square) to get her a little something & decided to try Wagamamma once again since I felt or was cold enough to have ramen. I sat at the bar this time & ordered the Korean fried chicken bao for my appetizer & the chicken gyoza ramen for my main. Oddly enough my main was served before my appetizer. The ramen was pretty good however I wasn’t a big fan of the Korean fried chicken. Since there was hardly any chicken involved. It’s a nice restaurant with polite staff however I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

This place is perfect—beyond excellent! The service was great; our waiter, Zack, was super nice and always attentive. We tried the sake sampler, which was wonderful, and the ramen was incredible (they even had a duck version!). The fried calamari was the best I’ve ever had. The head chef actually came to our table and recommended a couple of dishes, which made for a great experience. I had the chicken curry and loved every bite—it truly warmed my soul! I recommend Wagamama 100%
